The version of Chrome you are using (version 37.x and greater) has a compatibility issue with the Provider Web Portal. Please use Firefox or IE.
Google has added a Group Policy setting to fix this issue. If you would like to continue using your version of Chrome and you are comfortable making configuration changes to your PC then you should click

Download the following zip file that contains the
policy templates for Windows from
Unzip the downloaded file and navigate to Start > Run:
Navigate to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates.
Right-click Administrative Templates and select Add/Remove Templates.

template for Windows via the dialog for the specific language. In my case; I’ve selected adm templates for
Once added, a Google Chrome folder will appear under 'Classic Administrative Templates' if it's not there already.
Select the tab labeled 'Standard' and then right click on
setting and select edit.

Restart chrome browser and type
in address bar and you will see that setting is enabled now.
Your done. You will know your changes were successful if you no longer see this error message when logging into the Provider Web Portal. The above procedure creates/updates the following window registry value.
